Privacy Policy for Auxdibot​

Auxdibot ("we," "our," or "us") operates as a Discord Bot ("Bot") and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how Auxdibot collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our services ("Services").

Users must be at minimum 13 years of age to use our Bot and Services.

1. Information We Collect​

  • User IDs: User IDs are collected in order to connect server members to data stored on Auxdibot.

  • Channel IDs: Channel IDs are collected for channel-specific configurations and command permissions set by members with the Administrator permission on your Discord server.

  • Role IDs: Role IDs are collected for role-specific configurations, messages with role data attached (such as Reaction Roles), and command permissions set by members with the Administrator permission on your Discord server.

  • Message IDs: Message IDs are collected in order to provide functionality for modules that utilize Discord messages on Auxdibot. (Reaction Roles, Starboard, Feeds, Embeds, and Schedules.)

  • Information Provided by Users: We may collect additional information that users voluntarily provide, such as message configurations, scheduled messages, feed data, and suggestion content.

2. Data Security​

We strive to protect user information using reasonable security measures. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

3. Data Deletion​

Auxdibot does not collect any data that is not already publicly available on Discord, and will only collect data required for Auxdibot to perform its functionality within Discord servers. Users can request deletion of their data by sending a deletion request with the specified data to support@auxdibot.xyz. However, please note that data stored on servers where Auxdibot operates may continue to be recorded.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our information practices. Upon modification of the Privacy Policy, users will be notified via a notice on this Site. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
