Terms of Service for Auxdibot​

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing or using the Auxdibot ("we," "our," or "us") Discord bot ("Bot"), or any Auxdibot service ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy ("Policy"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Bot or Services.

2. Service Utilizaton​

Any use or access of the Bot or Services by users under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited.

Subject to our terms, we grant each user a worldwide, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferrable license solely to access and use our Services.

The Services or Bot cannot be resold, redistributed, rented, leased, or otherwise distributed, unless you have an agreement with us.

Users agree not to use the Bot or Services to perform any illegal activities, violate Discord's Terms of Service, or engage in the following prohibited activities:

  • Users may not use the Bot or Services to engage in any harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, obscene, or objectionable behavior.

  • Users may not attempt to crash the Bot or Services or overload them with excessive requests in a malicious manner.

  • Users may not use the Bot or Services to impersonate others or misrepresent their identity.

  • Users may not use the Bot or Services to disrupt the normal operation of Discord servers or other users' experience.

  • Users may not use the Bot or Services to scrape web pages or collect data from external websites without permission.

  • Users may not use the Bot or Services in a way that jeopardizes the safety or security of their own or others' Discord accounts.

3. Privacy and Security​

While we take measures to ensure the security and privacy of your information stored on the Bot and Services, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not gain access to user data or disrupt our services. 4. Indemnity​

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auxdibot, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, creators, owners, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, legal fees, and costs arising out of your usage of our Bot and Services, your breach of our Terms, or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

5. Disclaimers​

The Bot and its Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Auxdibot makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Bot's reliability, availability, performance, or suitability for your purposes.

The Bot and Services may integrate with third-party services or APIs. Auxdibot does not warrant or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained from these third-party services.

Users are responsible for their interactions and use of the Bot and Services, including any content posted, commands executed, or actions taken. Auxdibot disclaims any responsibility for the conduct of users or the content posted through the Bot and Services.

Auxdibot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot, parts of the Bot, Services, or any part of its Services at any time without notice or liability.

6. Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auxdibot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Bot or Services.

7. Governing Law​

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and the laws of the State of Virginia without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

8. Termination​

Auxdibot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot or Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will terminate immediately.

9. Affiliation​

Auxdibot is an independent application, not affiliated with Discord Inc. or its related companies in any way.

10. Modification of Terms​

Auxdibot reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of modifications to the Terms will be posted as an a notice on this Site. Your continued use of the Bot or Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
